Over the years, thousands of pictures have been taken of the students as well as the facilities. As I work to continue adding photos to google maps for the athletic venues, I find myself searching all over looking for gameday events that show the facilities at their best with fans showcasing the experience that goes along with the school and its sports.

As technology has changed so much, the school transitioned from a shared hardrive, and is now converting things over into a shared google drive so everyone has access from anywhere making it especially important during covid times. Today I spent my time taking photos from the old hard drive and uploading them to the shared google drive, while also picking out ones I needed for the google business page. It was a long and tedious task, but is a tremendous improvement for the department moving forward for years to come as it is all broken down into different categories making picture searches much easier moving forward! This has taught me a valuable lesson in properly labeling and placing items where they can be found for future employees.
